Do you have a regular store? Yes, our retail location is located in Clearwater, Florida and we have been in business since 1998.

Yes, our main site is www.NaughtyNNiceOnline.com, this site has a greater variety of merchandise including our adult merchandise and risque' and adult bachelorette and party line. You will not receive any pop up windows from our site if you enter the web address directly into your address window or click on the link above. you should be 18, or legal age to enter the catalog on this site. You can use your browsers back button to return to this website if desired.

Can I call you and talk with a real person? Yes, Our store number is 727-725-7586 and our store hours are 10:00 am to 12 Midnight Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am through 1:00 am Friday and Saturday, and 1:00 pm through 10:00 pm on Sunday Eastern Time. Our Sales staff is available for general inventory questions and if you should need assistance with our website or ordering trouble they will have someone promptly return your call to assist you. Should you receive our recording within business hours it only means we may be assisting other customers at that time. Please try back in just a few minutes or leave a message with your name and number.

Can I call you and place my order over the phone or fax? Yes, if you are more comfortable placing your order over the phone feel free to call our store and place your order directly. We recommend you not try to place an order by email as it is not a secure way to transmit any payment information.

How long does it normally take to process my order? We pride ourselves on our prompt shipping and most orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday). Our fill rate is 98% and we rarely are out of a product. So your order is not held up we may opt for our supplier to send you a product in a separate package if it is available from them and just temporarily out of stock in our store. Should there be more than a 3 day processing time we will notify you by email. If you are placing a party order and have a deadline that must be met make sure to attach a note with the date of your party or call and let us know so we do not delay an order that may miss your deadline. In the case of time sensitive shipments we will try to call you by phone.

I notice it says available online only or as a special order, what does that mean? Most items are available in our store and so stock is usually on hand. If an item has a fast turnover in certain sizes or colors we may list it as online only or as a special order item. If your size happens to be out of stock these items may need to be filled directly from our supplier. We try to allow them extra time to process these orders.

What if something is not in stock? If there is a party item that is out of stock and expected shortly we will wait for that item to fill your order unless it will interfere with your party deadline. Party item back orders will be canceled due to the usual time restraints. If there will be more than a 3 day delay on normal items we will let you know and give you the option of sending the balance of your order and sending the missing order as it arrives.

I don't know which type of shipping to choose, can you help? We are always happy to take your phone call for questions on shipping time and stock availability. Please remember that all carriers only count shipping time as business days (Monday through Friday) If you place an order on Friday evening, it will not be processed until Monday and shipped on Monday Evening or Tuesday. Shipping time would count from there. Ground Shipping time is 3 to 5 days, Priority Mail is 2 to 6 days, 3 day Select or Express Saver is 3 days, and you should not count Saturday as a delivery day. Federal Express and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Box's.

My payment came back declined but I might have made a mistake, now what? Generally if you try to process the same card again it will not go through as your credit card processor will think it is fraudulent. Should you have difficulty give us a call and let us process it for you. Remember to enter the name as it appears on your credit card and use your Billing address that your credit card statement is sent to along with the expiration and verification code on the back of your card.

I tried to re-enter my payment and it is still declined, what do I do? Call us and let us process it for you or use a different form of payment.

Will you charge me for a product that you are not shipping? No, we only charge your card for the products that are shipped.

What will it say on my package? The return address will say NNN, Inc.

I know you have a product but I don't see it, can I still order it? Yes, that's one of the advantages to doing business with us. If you have special requests we can try to special order it or upload the information so you can order it online. Just email us with your requests at cindy@naughtynice.com.

Help, I need help in sizing? No problem, another advantage to shopping with us. We are working from our store and not a huge warehouse, so many times we can pull the outfit and have it right in front of us to measure or relay information about your outfit. Let our sales staff know that it is sizing you need help with so they don't refer you to our web department.

What is your general return policy? You must call for a return authorization number that needs to be written on the face of the package or it cannot be accepted. Returns must be received within 10 business days from the carriers date of delivery. Returns that can be accepted (see below) must be in their original, un-destroyed packaging and in re-sellable condition. Clothing must have all tags still attached and must not have make-up or deodorant stains and must not smell of cigarette or cigar smoke. Lotions must be unopened and personal items are not returnable. While we inspect all items prior to shipment, if you should have a manufacturing defect let us know right away and keep all packaging in good condition. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued within 7 business days of the receipt of returned merchandise to the original form of payment. Exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours of receipt of return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges and a 30% restocking charge will be retained for refused shipments or shipments returned for late delivery. Please allow enough shipping time for carriers to deliver your order of time sensitive products and allow for holiday or inclement weather delays.

Can I return costumes? Sorry, Costumes are not returnable. However, should you need a different size feel free to contact us to see if that size is still available and provided the general conditions are met we will be happy to exchange it for you.

Can I return Clothing? Clothing is returnable provided the general conditions are met. Intimates such as thongs, booty shorts, or panties are not returnable for hygienic reasons, nor is packaged hosiery or bodystockings. Other packaged items if returning must have package in un-torn and un-damaged condition. Sale or clearance items are not returnable.

Can I return Shoes? Shoes may be returned however they must not show any wear on the soles or be soiled on the inner sole. We highly suggest trying them on in a carpeted room and remain on a carpeted surface with hose or stockings on.

Why do I need to list a phone number and email address? UPS and FedEx require a phone number for your shipment record. Also if there is a problem finding your residence or a problem with your order we will need it to contact you.

I need my order shipped to a P.O Box or an APO address? Make sure to use USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping for these addresses.
